Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped the same day if you order before 4 pm from Belgium. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. All orders can be tracked from the time of shipment to delivery.
Belgium: free shipping
Netherlands: PostNL Standard Shipping - delivery within 2 working days - €3.90 (*)
Europe: GLS Standard Shipping - delivery within 5 working days - €5.90 (*)
USA, Canada: DHL Express Shipping - delivery within 2 working days - €14.90
Rest of the world : DHL Express Shipping - delivery within 4 working days - €24.90
(*) Free shipping on orders over €50.00
Customs
Please note that there may be delays due to customs. We are unable to inform you about the specific fees that will be charged by customs as each country around the world has different policies and tariffs for importation. Please note that Customs will charge you the applicable fees before authorizing your shipment.
Delays or lost shipments
A package that is in transit for more than 21 business days is considered lost. Although orders normally take much less than 21 days, we will not be able to ship a replacement order until this time has elapsed.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a proof of delivery with instructions will be left to arrange the re-delivery at a suitable to arrange time. You then have 21 days to return the package as undeliverable. We will not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered, but not for the delivery costs.
Wrong or incomplete address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will have to pay the shipping costs to redeliver your order to a corrected address.
We will not be responsible for the loss of your order if it is address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
