Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally. All orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 4:00 PM from Belgium. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. All orders can be tracked from the moment of dispatch until delivery.

Belgium, Netherlands: Free shipping
Europe: GLS Standard Shipping - delivery within 5 business days - €5.90 (*)
USA, Canada: DHL Express Shipping - delivery within 2 business days - €14.90
Rest of the world: DHL Express Shipping - delivery within 4 business days - €24.90

(*) Free shipping on orders over €50.00

Customs

Please note that delays may occur due to customs. We cannot inform you about specific fees charged by customs, as each country worldwide has different policies and rates for import duties. Customs will charge you the applicable fees before allowing your shipment to proceed.

Delays or Lost Shipments

A package that is in transit for more than 21 business days is considered lost. Although orders usually take much less than 21 days, we cannot dispatch a replacement order until this period has elapsed.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice with instructions will be left to arrange redelivery at a convenient time. You have 21 days to return the package as undeliverable. Packages returned to us as undeliverable will not be reshipped. We will refund you for the value of the ordered products, but not for the delivery costs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay the shipping costs to reship your order to a corrected address.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

I Need Help

If you believe your package is lost or not delivered, we regret that you have not received your order. Don’t worry, contact us within 7 days of the original dispatch date and we will investigate this for you. If we are notified outside this time frame, it is unlikely that Tyranos will be able to cover costs for lost packages. For questions about returning items, please visit our contact page.
