Return policy

We like to keep things simple here at Tyranos, allowing you to return all of our products within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.

Returning an item for a refund

1. Email us at info@bluesage.be to request a discounted shipping label.

2. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. If you are shipping an item over $ 75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds.

After checking your bank account and your refund is not showing, we recommend contacting your credit card companyijl. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at harmen@tyranos.eu.
