Refund Policy

We like to keep it simple here at Tyranos so that you can return all of our products for a refund within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

1. Email us at harmen@tyranos.eu to request a discounted shipping label.
2. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
3. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After checking your bank account and your refund is not displayed, we recommend that you contact your credit card company. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at harmen@tyranos.eu.
